ENFIA property tax: how to find your assessment and pay
The ENFIA (annual Greek property tax) assessment is posted on myAADE every year, usually in March. It is not sent by post, so you need to look it up with your Taxisnet credentials.
At a glance
- Pay in full or in up to 12 monthly instalments.
- The 1st instalment is due at the end of March and the last at the end of February of the following year.
- The amount is based on the properties declared in your E9 on 1 January of the year.
Step by step
- Open myAADE — myaade.gov.gr → «Εφαρμογές» → «Πολίτες» → «Δήλωση Ε9 / ΕΝΦΙΑ».
- Log in with Taxisnet — Use your personal credentials.
- Choose the year — Select the current year to display the ENFIA assessment.
- Print — «Εκτύπωση εκκαθαριστικού τελευταίας εκκαθάρισης» (print latest assessment) as a PDF.
- Pay — myAADE → «Ο λογαριασμός μου (Οφειλές, Πληρωμές & Επιστροφές)» → «Πληρωμή μη ρυθμισμένων οφειλών», or e-banking with the debt ID (RF) printed on the assessment.
Note: if the assessment does not match your properties, the error is usually in your E9 and is fixed with an amended declaration. If your home is insured against natural disasters, you may be entitled to a tax reduction. Ask us.
